One on One Training

If one on one attention to reach those fitness goals is what you desire, we offer this four days a week by pre-scheduled appointments only. An initial consultation will be scheduled to discuss goals, complete fitness measurements, and a nutrition program!


Posing

Presentation is everything. After you've worked hard to sculpt your body for competition, you must learn how to present it to the judges. Sessions include: 

  • Initial consultations
  • Posing and presentation
  • Advanced group training
  • Contest meal plans
  • Show week meal plans
  • Show day coaching fee
  • Weekly phone check-ins
